How the payment works

Zapper uses a QR payment flow. Open it from the bookmaker's cashier, confirm the merchant and amount, and approve the payment in a supported app.

Deposit steps

1. Select Zapper if it is offered in the bookmaker's deposit screen.
2. Use the displayed QR code or the checkout's supported mobile hand-off.
3. For a Zapper QR scan, use the scanner inside the Zapper app or a supported partner app, not the phone camera alone.
4. Check the merchant and amount, then confirm the payment.
5. Check the cashier result and account balance before submitting another deposit.

Fees, limits and withdrawal

Check the cashier limit and any charge for your chosen method. A provider's merchant pricing is not automatically a fee charged to you.

Confirm the withdrawal route separately before depositing. Compare betting sites for account options, then read the operator's payment requirements.

If the payment is pending

Keep the reference and check whether your bank or payment app shows a debit. Contact official support with that reference rather than repeating an uncertain payment.
