Corrections Policy

MzansiWins corrects factual errors in its content as follows:

Correction Process

• Minor corrections: Typographical errors and small factual updates (such as changed bonus amounts or updated payment terms) are corrected in the published page without a formal notice.
• Significant corrections: Material errors - such as incorrect operator scores, wrong promo codes, or inaccurate regulatory information - are corrected and flagged with a dated correction notice at the top of the affected page.
• Retractions: If content is found to be fundamentally inaccurate, it will be removed and a brief explanation published in its place.

To report an error, email help@mzansiwins.co.za with the page URL and a description of the issue. MzansiWins aims to investigate and respond within 48 business hours.
