If you have a complaint about content published on MzansiWins, this page explains how to raise it and what to expect.
How to Complain
Send your complaint to help@mzansiwins.co.za with the subject line "Complaint". Please include:
- Your name and email address
- The URL of the page in question (if applicable)
- A clear description of your complaint
- What outcome you are hoping for
Our Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- Investigation: We will investigate thoroughly, which may take up to 10 business days.
- Response: We will respond with our findings and any actions we plan to take.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a review by our senior editorial team.
