Spain U20 and Uruguay U20 meet in Kutaisi for 13th place after both finished pointless in their pools, and this looks the most even fixture of the Sunday semi-finals. Spain lost a tight 29-26 decider to Fiji in round three, while Uruguay shipped heavy defeats in every Pool A game against sides ranked well above them. We give Spain the edge on the strength of that narrow round three loss and back the total points to stay moderate.

The Form Line
Spain lost all three Pool D games but pushed Fiji all the way in round three, going down 29-26 in the closest match of that group. Their pool included Australia and France, two of the four Championship semi-finalists, which flatters their underlying performance more than the results table suggests.
Uruguay finished bottom of Pool A without a win, including a 56-3 defeat to Georgia in round three, and conceded heavily throughout against South Africa, Wales and Georgia. They have found points hard to come by all tournament and were the lowest scorers of the 16 teams in the draw.
Team News
No matchday squad had been confirmed for either side at the time of writing. Both unions have used largely settled matchday 23s through the pool phase, with changes driven mainly by the workload of a fourth match in just over two weeks.
Verdict
Spain's round three performance against Fiji was the best of the two sides' tournaments and gives us enough to side with them here. We back Spain to win and cover, with the total points market the value play given how little Uruguay have scored all championship.
