How to Complain

Send your complaint to help@mzansiwins.co.za with the subject line "Complaint". Please include:

  2. Investigation: We will investigate thoroughly, which may take up to 10 business days.
  3. Response: We will respond with our findings and any actions we plan to take.
  4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a review by our senior editorial team.
